SMS Opt-In Process
This page documents how leadspply (Leads Spply LLC) collects express written consent to send SMS, for transparency and carrier compliance review.
Where opt-in happens
End users are licensed insurance professionals creating an account at leadspply.com/register. Registration is a multi-step wizard (step 1 requires a team invite code); on the personal-information step, directly below the phone number field, the user is shown two unchecked consent checkboxes. Consent is optional and is not a condition of registration or purchase.

What both consents are recorded as
Each checkbox state is stored with a timestamp in the user's account record as the auditable consent log. Users who check the service-notification box receive: new-lead assignment alerts, appointment and callback reminders, and account/billing notifications. Users who additionally check the marketing box may receive occasional platform offers.
Confirmation message
Upon opt-in, users receive:
"leadspply: You're signed up for account and service alerts. Msg frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help, STOP to opt out."
Opt-out and help
- Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe immediately (single confirmation message sent).
- Reply HELP for assistance, or email support@leadspply.com.
- Message frequency varies; message and data rates may apply.
- No mobile information is shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
